# MADAR

> The Cash Control Platform for Saudi SMEs. Connects bank accounts, invoices, and obligations (GOSI, VAT, Zakat) into one dashboard so owners and CFOs always know where their cash stands — without spreadsheets.

MADAR is a fintech SaaS targeted at small and medium enterprises in Saudi Arabia. Bank connections use the SAMA open banking framework via SAMA-licensed open banking providers. Data is stored in-Kingdom, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and the product is built to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
